President Donald Trump is ordering all American and state flags lowered to half-staff immediately at public office buildings in honor of the victims of the shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio.
Governor Bevin has directed that flags be flown at half-staff beginning Friday, Feb. 19, and continuing through sunset on Sat., Feb. 20, as a mark of respect for Antonin Scalia, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court.
