Today, Martha Layne Collins was presented the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s first-ever Woman in Leadership award. Lieutenant Governor Jacqueline Coleman presented the honor at today’s first Women’s Summit. Collins is the state’s first and only woman governor, serving from 1983 to 1987.
