Christian Appalachian Project distributes fresh food to those in need

ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – In Rockcastle County, volunteers took on a “fresh” approach to get food distributed to those in need across rural eastern Kentucky on Friday.

Christian Appalachian Project and God’s pantry food bank teamed up to pass out fresh produce.

The produce came from Kentucky farmers as part of the Kentucky proud farm-to-table USDA program.
