7-year old Erin Nicole Adams of Lexington died Friday afternoon after being pulled out of the pool at the Nicholasville Aquatic Center. It was not clear if the girl drowned or if some kind of medical emergency caused her to fall into the water, according to Jessamine County Coroner Michael Hughes.
