43-year-old Walter Hundley, who was captured by Dayton, Kentucky police, taken to the hospital for treatment, escaped and stole a car, was spotted and pursued by police Tuesday evening in Franklin County but got away, was arrested Wednesday in Woodford County, where he has been taken to the hospital.
Life on the run came to a deadly end early Friday for a convicted felon, who was wanted in two states. State Police say 62-year old Floyd Ray Cook, of Lebanon, Kentucky, was shot and killed in an exchange of gunfire with two Kentucky State Troopers and one U.S. Marshal.
