National Guard Memorial Day Ceremony honors fallen soldiers

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – This Memorial Day, the Kentucky National Guard honored fallen soldiers at the state capitol, on a year that also marks the 80th anniversary of World War II.
