100 miles could be the difference between a complete weekend washout or just seeing scattered showers and thunderstorms. A cold front will be moving into the Ohio Valley and then stall out. If it stall across Central Kentucky then most of us will see a significant amount of rainfall especially on Sunday.

An approaching cold front will increase the risk of shower and thunderstorms over the weekend. If the front slips a little further South then the Ohio River, heavy rainfall will then be possible across Central Kentucky. Temperatures will show little change over the next seven days.
