Despite the weather, waste collection on schedule Tuesday

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Even with a new round of snow and bitter cold temperatures, Lexington’s waste collection crews are on schedule for Tuesday, according to the city.

People are reminded that the garbage pickup schedule is slightly altered this week due to the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday on Monday.

If you normally have your trash picked up on Mondays, it will be collected on Wednesday due to the holiday.
