UPDATE: Morehead warming center to stay open as needed

MOREHEAD, Ky. (WTVQ)-  The mayor of Morehead says a warming center in the city will stay open through Friday as needed.

Jim Tom Trent says because of the inclement weather, people can come to Gateway House Homeless Shelter to warm up. It’s located at 695 Flemingsburg Road.

Trent says anyone who needs shelter overnight should check in daily between 6:00pm- 9:00pm. For more information, call 606-784-2668.
