Teacher’s Aid Charged with Smoking Marijuana Around Elementary School

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office said they received a tip about someone using drugs around Westridge Elementary School Friday, who reportedly turned out to be a teacher’s aid.

A school resource officer looked into the claim and said they found Barbara Warnick, 56, in the middle of lighting a marijuana pipe.

She was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
