Sheriff: Laurel Co. Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest

The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office said a traffic stop on South Laurel Road resulted in the arrest of a man wanted in Bell County.

They said it happened just after 10 Saturday night, when the deputy who pulled the vehicle over realized the driver had a bench warrant for failure to appear in court.
 
Lamart Williams, 23, was arrested and taken to the Laurel County Detention Facility.
