Bracken County woman convicted for attempted forgery after Medicaid fraud investigation

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – Kayla Ruf, 27, of Bracken County was convicted for attempted forgery. The conviction comes off of an investigation led by the Medicaid Fraud Unit and resulted in almost $5,000 in compensation for the Kentucky Medicaid Program.
