Lexington discusses plans to comply with medical cannabis law

UPDATE: Kentucky State Police confirm one man was pronounced dead at the scene of the standoff, after an officer-involved shooting in the Alpha Community in Wayne County. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputy was taken to the University of Tennessee Hospital, was treated and released, according to a KSP release. KSP is now investigating the incident.
