Braydon Hawthorne to return for 2026-27 season, younger brother Zyon signs with Kentucky
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 NEWS NOW) – On the final day of the transfer window, Braydon Hawthorne announced he will return to Kentucky for the 2026-27 season.
The 6-foot-8 forward from West Virginia redshirted his freshman season.
Hawthorne was a top-40 recruit in the 2025 class and ranked among the top 10 small forwards.
Braydon’s younger brother, Zyon Hawthorne, also signed with Kentucky for the 2026-27 season.
