OWENTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Members of Owen County’s Commonwealth Canine Search & Recovery team and the Grand Paws Search Dog Association are expected in Johnson County on Thursday to help search for missing flash flooding victims, according to a report in the Owenton-News Herald.
