Woodford County passes LGBTQ Fairness Ordinance

VERSAILLES, Ky. (WTVQ) – By a vote of 5-to-3, Woodford County Fiscal Court on Tuesday passed a Fairness Ordinance prohibiting LGBTQ discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodations, according to the Fairness Campaign.

Both Versailles and Midway in the county, previously approved Fairness Ordinances.

Woodford County is the 18th municipality in Kentucky with LGBTQ discrimination protections.
