Woodford Co. High Students Charged After Marijuana Found in Lollipops
VERSAILLES, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Lexington Herald-Leader is reporting that police in Versailles are charging five Woodford County High School students accused of having lollipops laced with marijuana at the school.
The newspaper says three lollipops that were confiscated from the school back in early November tested positive for THC, the psychoactive chemical in marijuana.
According to the paper, three of the students are being charged with trafficking, while the other two are receiving possession charges.
Officers now want to know where the lollipops came from.
