Woman shot after robbery

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington police say a woman was shot after being robbed by four men late Tuesday night.

Police say 4 men took the cellphones of two women near Palumbo Drive at Man O’ War just before midnight.

Officers say the two women sped off, then the men fired shots, hitting one of the women in the leg. They say she was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say they are still looking for the suspects and have no descriptions at this time.
