Woman airlifted to hospital after crash involving semi in Pulaski Co.

SOMERSET, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says a woman was hurt in a crash involving a semi Wednesday in Somerset.

The sheriff’s office says the crash happened on KY 461.

Investigators say Loretta Baker, of Monticello, was driving northbound, when she crossed over the center line and hit a semi, being driven by 29-year-old Camacho Borroto, head on.

The department says Baker was airlifted to UK Hospital. Her condition is unknown.

Pulaski County Special Response Team helped with cleanup due to fuel and oil spills.
