When will Kentuckians have access to the COVID-19 vaccine?

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) –  According to the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services, the COVID-19 vaccine will be available in phases so all Kentuckians will have access a vaccination if they choose.

They say it will take time for everyone to get their chance.
