Week-long online auction benefits Better Business Bureau
LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A wide range of items and services are up for bid Aug. 21-28 during this year’s Better Business Bureau Silent Auction.
Proceeds from items donated by BBB Accredited Businesses go to support the non-profit BBB’s free services to the public in its 64-county service area.
“The pandemic presented many challenges for consumers and businesses in the past year,” said Jack Frank, President & CEO of the BBB serving Central & Eastern Kentucky. “The BBB never stopped helping the public check out businesses and charities, assisting with dispute resolution, and warning of scams. Now they can help us by bidding at our annual auction fundraiser, while getting some great bargains from reputable companies.”
