Pence is in Clay County along with Governor Matt Bevin and Alex Azar, the secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, at the Eastern Kentucky University branch in Manchester.
He is talking about Kentucky’s response to the opioid crisis.
This is the third time the Vice President has been in Kentucky this year.
