Wanted man captured in Williamsburg

WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – A man wanted for a parole violation was captured without incident Wednesday in Williamsburg, according to police.

Investigators say 39-year old Roger Duncan was arrested on Bear Kat Drive around 3:00 a.m.

Police say he was paroled last month following a conviction for trafficking meth and trafficking in a controlled substance.

Investigators say one of his parole violations included not completing substance abuse treatment.

He was taken to the Whitley County Detention Center.
