US 421 reopen after morning rock slide

FRANKLIN CO., Ky. (WTVQ) – A rock slide this morning in Franklin Co. shut down US 421 between US 127 and Snow Hill Road for a few hours while Kentucky Transportation crews cleaned up the roadway.

The slide happened a few miles outside Frankfort, along a series of curves on northbound 421.

The road was reopened at 10:45 a.m.
