U.S. 27 shut down in Garrard Co. due to motorcycle accident

LANCASTER, Ky. (WTVQ)- The Bluegrass 911 Central Communication Center in Garrard County says U.S. 27 near Rogers Road is currently shut down in both directions from an injury accident involving a motorcycle.

Bluegrass 911 says the north bound lane is slowly getting through and that fire, police and EMS are on the scene.

Bluegrass 911 also tells us that a medical helicopter was called out to the scene.
