Update: Winchester Murder Suspect Charged In Second Death

Police say a man already charged in the death of a Winchester mom is now accused of killing his cousin almost 20 years ago.

39-year old Lonnie Martin was arrested last month in the murder of Kayla Kline.

Police say her body was found on a farm in Mount Sterling.

Now Martin is accused in the murder of his cousin.

Police say the 1995 death of Joseph Bradley Martin was originally ruled an accident.

Investigators say Joseph was hit by a train.

But police now believe Lonnie Martin threw his cousin off Winchester’s Washington Street Bridge, and into the path of the train.
