UPDATE: Warrant issued in animal clinic burglaries

MIDWAY, Ky. (WTVQ)- A warrant has been issued after the Woodford County Sheriff’s Office says someone broke into the Midway Small Animal Clinic for the third time this month.

According to investigators, someone was inside the clinic last night around 8:45 when the suspect broke in. Deputies say the two started to fight, with the suspect then leaving.

After investigators looked at surveillance video, they say they concluded that it was the same man who broke in on December 22 and December 27.

The sheriff’s office says nothing was taken last night. But money and other items were stolen, during the other two break-ins.

The Woodford County Sheriff’s Office says it has a warrant out for Donnie Sparks in connection to the burglaries. Investigators think he may be with 21-year-old Kelsey Morris. The sheriff’s office says the two could be in a 1999 Chevy Lumina with the license plate 094 DRC.
