UPDATE: Victim identified in SUV-semi collision

BEREA, Ky. (WTVQ) – Berea Police have identified Leo Marion as the driver of the SUV, who died on Tuesday afternoon after colliding with the back of a semi truck trailer.

No one else was harmed, said officials.

The collision happened near exit 76, of the southbound I-75. Berea Police say they are now being helped by an accident reconstructionist to investigate the scene.

Officers currently theorize that the congested traffic at the time was a contributing factor to the collision.
