UPDATE: Two arrested in Lexington home shootings

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) -Officers in Lexington have arrested a second person in connection to a series of home shootings that occurred in Lexington on Sunday.

Officers were called to Cove Lake Drive on Sunday at about 12:20 p.m. about shots being fired into an apartment.  Officers say witnesses said they say a man fleeing in a black SUV.  Shortly afterwards, officers say they received another call about gunshots being fired into the front window of a home on Winter Park.  Police say the suspect and vehicle descriptions at both scenes were similar.

About 20 minutes after receiving the second call, police say they found the SUV near Squired Road and Richmond Road.  The two people inside, 22-year-old Anthony Garrett and 18-year-old Adrian Washington, were arrested.
