UPDATE: Police questioning man after house fire

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ)- Lexington police say a man is being questioned in a suspected arson.

The fire happened around 7:00 Friday night at a home on Mulberry Drive. Firefighters say the home was boarded up, and no one was hurt.

Witnesses reportedly told officers right after the fire, they saw a man walking down the street with a gas can, acting strangely.

Police say he was questioned and arrested. His name hasn’t been released.

Firefighters say there had previously been a fire at the same home. They say it was set to be demolished on Monday.
