UPDATE: Police make arrest in fatal parking garage shooting in Frankfort

The Franklin County Coroner’s Office has positively identified the victim in Wednesday morning’s fatal shooting at 24-year-old Coty Lee Brumback, of Frankfort.

The coroner says Brumback was shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at 2:17 a.m. at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

An autopsy is schedule for Wednesday.

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Frankfort Police Department says a suspect is in custody in connection to a fatal shooting Wednesday morning.

The suspect, 40-year-old Antonio Bolling, has been charged with murder, according to police.

Bolling is accused of shooting a man at the parking garage off St. Clair Street just before 12:30 a.m.

Police responded to a call of shots fired and arrived to find a man on the second floor of the parking garage with a gunshot wound.

He was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The victim has not been identified.

In addition to the murder charge, Bolling is also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and cruelty to animals.
