UPDATE: One dead after late night crash on I-75

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Firefighters in Laurel County say a fatal crash on I-75 south shut down both lanes of traffic for several hours.

They say it happened late Sunday evening and the interstate was shut down for hours.

Firefighters say a car pulled over on the side of the road was struck by a semi-truck, killing one person.
