UPDATE: Missing Man Found in Lake Cumberland Drowned

RUSSELL SPRINGS, Ky. (WTVQ) – The preliminary cause of death was consistent with drowning for a missing Cincinnati man who was found dead in a pickup truck in Lake Cumberland, according to the Russell County coroner.

The manner of death and toxicology results are still pending for 60-year old Ronald Marshall.

Investigators say Marshall was in a Ford F-250 pickup in 12-feet of water near the Dudley Creek Boat Ramp, not far from the family’s part-time residence.

His family says he was last seen November 12, his body was found November 16.

The Russell County coroner and Russell County Sheriff’s Office are conducting a joint investigation.
