UPDATE: Missing elderly man found safe

LIVINGSTON, Ky. (WTVQ) — Thursday morning, KSP says they were notified that Gerald Chandler, of Livingston in Rockcastle County, returned home safely. He is no longer registered as a missing person.

Originally reported missing on Tuesday, the Emergency Management director said that Chandler’s friendly personality led them to suspect he may have gotten into a stranger’s car.
