UPDATE: Lexington Murder Case Waived To Grand Jury

Officials said a grand jury would decide if Nathan Miller, 19, would be indicted in a Lexington murder.
Miller was accused in the city’s 14th homicide of 2014.
Police said Miller and an unnamed minor were charged with complicity to commit murder in the death of Jeffrey Adams, 19.
Investigators said Adams was shot several times October 17th at an apartment complex on McCullough Drive.
Court documents said the murder was the result of a drug deal that had turned violent.
