UPDATE: Lexington jail escapee captured

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Lexington jail inmate who investigators say didn’t return from court-ordered work release more than three weeks ago, was captured Tuesday afternoon, according to the jail.

Robert Wayne Flanery hadn’t been seen since November 20, 2017.

He was initially in jail on assault and no registration plates charges, according to the jail.  Now, you can add escape to that list.
