UPDATE: Images Released of UPS Store Robbers

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police released security camera images of two masked women they say robbed a UPS Store in Beaumont Centre Tuesday evening.

Investigators say the women walked-in to the store on Lakecrest Circle just before closing time at 7:00 p.m.

The store employee told investigators the women were wearing hoodies, ski masks and had their hands in their pockets, implying they had weapons.

Police say the women bound the employee and put him in a closet. They say the robbers took cash from the cash register and ran out the back door of the business.

Investigators say both suspects are around 5’7″ tall, possibly in their late 20’s.
