UPDATE: Home invasion suspect arrested

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A home invasion suspect in Lexington was arrested by State Police Monday near Bowling Green in a stolen vehicle, according to Lexington Police.

Investigators say 23-year old Tahjee Winters was charged with warrants for Burglary 1st, Failure to Appear, Receiving Stolen Property and Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon.

Police say the Burglary 1st charge stems from the September 7, 2016, home invasion on Lucille Drive in Lexington.

Another suspect in the home invasion, Deverious D. Jones, was arrested September 22, 2016. He was charged with Burglary 1st and other unrelated charges, according to police.

Winters was lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail.
