UPDATE: Fulton County escapee captured in Tennessee

UNION CITY, TN (WTVQ) –  A Fulton County escapee was captured Friday night in Union City, Tennessee, according to State Police.

Investigators say 29-year old Jerrell Kinney, of Hickman, escaped custody outside the Fulton County Courthouse the afternoon of October 12, 2017.

State Police say they received information that Kinney was in Union City, Tennessee, where he was arrested at a residence the day after they say he escaped.

Kinney’s waiting to be brought back to Kentucky to face additional charges, according to KSP.
