Update: Four Charged With Murder, Two With Police Impersonation
There have been four arrests for the death of 29 year old Donald Mills.
State police charged Elijah Messer and Angela Mills for the murder of Mills.
That’s after Kentucky State Police said they arrested two men Friday, accusing them of impersonating officers and killing a man.
Patrick Baker and Christopher Wagner have been charged with the murder. They’ve also been charged with impersonating officers.
According to state police, the two men broke into Mills’ home last week, claiming to be with the police.
They said Mills was shot trying to fight the men.
He later died at a local hospital.
