Update: Document Says Suspect Spotted Before Fire

Newly-released court documents said a suspect in an arson was spotted outside a home minutes before it caught fire.
Charles Goldsberry, 47, is accused of setting fire to the home at 519 East Second Street on Thursday.
Court documents said Goldsberry was spotted crawling out from under a porch five minutes before the fire broke out.
Two people were in the home at the time of the fire, including Goldsberry’s estranged wife.
A firefighter broke his ribs when the roof of the home collapsed.
Goldsberry was arrested on Monday and charged with arson and wanton endangerment.
