UPDATE: Brewer pleads not guilty at arraignment

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – The London truck driver accused in a deadly collision that killed six people plead not guilty to drug trafficking and criminal mischief charges in Lexington Monday.

43-year-old Benjamin Brewer was on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s most wanted list for a June 25 crash in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Police say US Marshals service tracked Brewer to Lexington.  They say he was arrested Friday night in a Hamburg Pavilion parking lot.  Officers say Brewer had three grams of methamphetamine, xanax and a large amount of cash on him.
