UPDATE: Blackburn Prison Escapees Recaptured

Two inmates who walked away from a minimum security prison in Lexington on Sunday were recaptured on Monday in Hopkins County, which is where both men are from, according to the Kentucky Department of Corrections.

Corrections officials said Cody Allison and Paul Nance were confirmed missing just after 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Corrections records showed Allison was serving 20-years for burglary and other crimes.  He would have been eligible for parole in June 2016.

Nance was serving 30-years for crimes, including receiving stolen property.  He would have been eligible for parole in February 2018, according to corrections records.
