UK’s Buh resigns

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Andy Buh, Kentucky special teams coordinator and outside linebackers coach, has resigned to take another coaching position, Wildcat head coach Mark Stoops said Monday.

“I want to thank Coach Buh for his work and his commitment to our program during his time here,” Stoops said. “I have a lot of respect for Andy as he is extremely passionate and very detailed. He has good balance between being disciplined and having energy and our players loved playing for him. There is no doubt he will have success as a defensive coordinator and I wish Andy and his family the best.”

Buh came to UK in 2015 as outside linebackers coach. He also was in charge of the kickoff and punt coverage units on special teams for the ’15 season. A month ago, Stoops named Buh special teams coordinator.
