UK Student Accused Of Terroristic Threatening

A UK student is accused of terroristic threatening.

A complaint says he sent a picture of “The Joker” from Batman to a UK Administrator.

That concerned the administrator, after the recent Colorado shootings during a “Batman” movie.

Steven Kennedy was arraigned on the charge today.

UK Public Relations says Kennedy recently filed a complaint with Administrator Terry Allen, and that the complaint was investigated and dismissed.

The complaint says Kennedy then sent an email to Allen, which contained the Joker’s image.
