Two teens injured in head-on collision

SANDY HOOK, Ky. (WTVQ) – State Police say a head-on collision sent two teens and two juveniles to the hospital on Friday in Elliott County. Investigators say around 4:15 p.m., 18-year old Joshua Stidam, of Sandy Hook, was driving a pickup truck north on KY 32, when he crossed the center line and collided head-on with a car driven by 19-year old Travis Lewis, of Sandy Hook.

Stidam, Lewis and two juvenile passengers were airlifted to St. Mary’s in Huntington, West Virginia, where they were listed in stable condition, according to State Police. The collision remains under investigation by KSP.
