Two people dead after Rockcastle County crash
ROCKCASTLE COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ)- Two people are dead after a crash in Rockcastle County.
State Police say a Ford Mustang crossed the center line and hit a Chevy pickup on Highway 461 around 5:20 Tuesday morning.
The Coroner says the Mustang driver, 21-year-old Alexander Hooker of Brodhead, died at the scene. According to the Coroner, Hooker was not wearing a seat belt.
The truck’s driver is a woman from Tennessee. State Police say she was wearing a seat belt, and is now at UK Hospital.
A passenger in the truck, a man who was also from Tennessee, was not wearing a seat belt, according to investigators.
He also died.
