Two people arrested after infant dies
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Two people have been arrested following the death of an infant Saturday on Centre Parkway.
According to police, just after 9:20 a.m. officers were called to a home in the 1200 block of Centre Parkway for an unresponsive infant.
On arrival, officers found 20-month-old Joshua Bowen, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
27-year-old Brianna Johnson and 22-year-old Kyle Guindon, 22, were arrested.
Johnson has been charged with first-degree criminal abuse. Guindon has been charged with first-degree assault and first-degree criminal abuse.
Both are being held at the Fayette County Detention Center.
