Two Pedestrians Hit In Harrison County

 Two women were injured Thursday morning when they were struck by a car while walking along a road in Harrison county.
 Police said Larry Baldwin told them he was driving home in his Toyota Camry on U.S. 27 South at around 3:30 a.m. when he dozed off.
 Baldwin said he woke up when he hit the rumble strips on the road.
 Police said Baldwin told them that’s when he realized he hit two people.
 The two women were taken by ambulance to the University of Kentucky hospital. Police said they could not be flown from the scene because of fog.
 There is no word on their conditions.
 Cynthiana police are investigating the accident.
