Two men arrested in home invasion, one still at-large

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police are looking for a third suspect in a Tuesday afternoon home invasion following the arrest of two other suspects.

Police say a man who lives on Arbor Station Way answered a knock on his door around 3:30 p.m.

The reported victim told police three men pushed their way in, had guns drawn, stole items and left in a car.

Police say at this point, it does not appear the victim and suspects know each other.

The suspect’s car was found a short time later, wrecked at Old Todds Road and Woodhill Drive.

Police say 19-year old Daquis Sharp and 20-year old Stephan Fisher, ran from the accident scene, but were captured.  A third suspect escaped, according to police.

Sharp and Fisher were lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center facing several charges, including robbery and drug trafficking, according to investigators.
